Following the consensus of the fellow citizens on Monday October 6, 2008 which agree to exercise the rights by article 63 of the 2008 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand to extend the area of peaceful nonviolent gathering without weapons, to the front of the House of Parliament, to signify the protest against the Policy Announcement of the traitorous nominee government, to block the unjust administration of the country, to block the attempt to amend the constitution, which intend to abolish the Privy Council which is directly related to His Majesty's authority which PAD remains hold to protect as the initially-declared sacred duty.
From the dawn to the dusk of October 7, 2008, the police under the traitorous nominee government, was ordered to brutally disperse the rally with rifles, military weapons, and tear gas firing directly and crazily to the bodies and the faces of the gathering people. Some hand grenades were thrown into the crowd which monstly constituted of barehanded women, elderly and youths. As a result, there were more than 443 injured victims, four lost of their limbs. four lost of their hands or feet, one blind and at least two deaths.
PAD's core activists thus have a unanimous resolution as follows.
1. We condemn Somchai Wongsawat's government as being a traitorous nominee government which posses cruelty, brutality, depravity like hellish beasts in killing people, first just for paving way to address the government policy to the House of Parliament in the parliament buildings, and again after their gang had exited the parliament buildings which resulted in the death of one of the protestors, Pol.Lt.Col.Methee Chartmontri, an ex-police. Later in the evening, the police followed up on massacre by firing to kill rallying people which were over 100 meters away from the Metropolitan Police Headquarter resulted in an immediate death of another protestor, Miss Angkana Radubpunyawut.
The government which has shown murderous behaviours equivalent to criminals violating the nation's law well before the addressing the policies, does not have the justification and the rights to rule the country. The policy address was also mischieveously arranged, against the constitution, lacked of quorum, and without presence of the opposition. It was the policy address over the tears, blood, flesh, and lives of fellow innocent citizens.
The murderous tyrant Somchai Wongsawat's government, being without righteousness, unlawful, untruthful, political uncivilized, thus is considered not yet legally addressed the policy. And thus, the country has no government yet.
We remain persevere, to the end, to expel, in order to block the murderers gang to rule the country. We shall expel with all available measures as well as legal proceedings.
2. We condemn the police using of tear gas, rifles, and military weapons, in killing barehanded people, in killing people who protect the nation, the religions, and the king. We also condemn the inhumane obstruction of ambulances rescueing the injured fellow citizens, the crazy shooting of the Queen's military medical team, the press release shameless smears accusing the cause of people's injuries being attributable to stumbles and falls.
We shall file law suits against all of the police involved and fight on to the end, to achieve the inspirations of the brave deceased.
3. It was the highest honour and the deepest appreciation for us that Her Royal Highness the Queen donated the money and medical rescue assistance to our fellow innocent citizens. Our fellow citizens with People's Alliance for Democracy deeply appreciate HRH's merciful patronage. Long live the Queen. We shall protect and highly respect the Monarchy institution to last forever.
4. We express our deepest regrets and praise the protestors. Those who were injured deserve a great respect and praise for their courage and perseverance in reclamation of the nation. We wish to express the deepest regrets and pay our tribute to the deceased from the killing of the criminal police under the murderous tyrant Somchai Wongsawat. They shall be forever recorded in the history as "heroes/heroines". We consider the injured and the deceased, our family member of People's Alliance for Democracy by which They will be continually supported.
5. We condemn General Anupong Paojinda, the Army Chief who choose to stand on the tyrant government side and the murderer police which after killing people, still pleasantly joined the murderous beast Somchai Wongsawat. Gen. Anupong also decided to coordinate his army personnels to assist the murderer police which can be considered a conspiracy with the murderers and a betrayal to the people who revere the institutions of nation, the religions and the king. It was a violation of article 77 of the Constitution of Thailand.
We shall without discourage, persevere to fight against the barbaric authority of the tyrant government and the murderous police state in order that Thai society will survive the savageness. We shall expel this murderous government out as soon as possible.
With respect,
People's Alliance for Democracy
