Sondhi Limthongkul, exposes corruptions and facts through ASTV and Manager Media Group.

Thus, he educates Thai people all over the country to rise up against Thaksin Regime, demanding true democracy.

Following People's Alliance for Democracy's continuous rally since May 25, 2008, to achieve two goals:

1. To resist the amendment of the 2008 Constitution and to halt the Thaksin regime's enslaved parliament launder themselves and their cronies' from their own faults in corruptions and electoral frauds. To resist the destruction of the judiciary system and to resist the abolition of the Privy Council which is a direct erosion of the King's authority.

The dictator parliament, enslaved under Thaksin regime, originated from frauds and violation against election laws. The parliament claims to be the representatives of Thais but, in fact, it serves funding politicians. More importantly, at present, the Constitution Court Judges are considering dissolving several of government political parties. It indicates that the dictator parliament, enslaved under Thaksin regime did not constitutionally enter the political power.

2. To expel the murderous tyrant government, which acts as a puppet for the fugitive criminally convicted for the benefit of the cronies and the relatives, and which backs up murdering of people, and which manipulates state media to lie to people, and which supporting destruction of the judiciary system, and which exploits the country's budgets without transparency to the limit that the country is going to fail, and which supporting its cronies commit lese-majesty and feuding with the Monarchy, and which violating the country's laws and the ethics, and which as a result is no longer righteous to govern the country.

PAD exercise the rights and to rally in peace and unarmed according to Article 63
and to perform the duty according according to Article 70 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand to protect the nation, the religions, the Monarchy, and the Constitutional Monarchy Democracy according to this Constitution.

However, despite the "Rights to Assemble" and the "Duty of Thai People" as stipulated by the Constitution, rallying people have not been duly protected by this tyrant murderous proxy government as such. Moreover, there have been coalitions of racketteer gangsters and state officers to use violence against PAD's supporters.

There have been cospiracies to use military weapons, in particular explosives, firing at rallying people in the city centers for more than ten times, resulting in 4 deaths, several crippled and several hundreds injured. Several attacks were also targeted at the ASTV headquarters in an attempt to prevent that station from broadcasting live the PAD rally. Despite of those events, the tyrant murderous proxy government has not shown any responsibility.

Three Senate committees, tasked with investigating the crackdown on the rally on October 7th, 2008, have found that PM Somchai Wongsawat and his Cabinet ministers were responsible for the order to execute and injure rallying PAD supporters, which resulted in a lot of injuries and deaths of the protesters. Their findings coincide with that of the National Human Rights Commission. Premier Somchai must take responsibility for the tragedy by resigning immediately and unconditionally.

PAD has announced a mass rally to dispose of tyrant murderous proxy government and to halt the Thaksin regime's enslaved Parliament since November 23, 2008, 14:00. For more than 50 hours now, PAD supporters have strictly peacefully and patiently rallied to pressure against and to halt the authority of the tyrant murderous proxy government. Despite of mass of barehanded people marching in various places, for example, around the House of Parliament, the Ministry of Finance, the Metropolitan Police Headquarters, and the temporary Government House at Don Muang Airport, the tyrant murderous proxy government remains ignorantly refusing to show its responsibilty and stubbornly persisting in their authority as well as stubbornly insisting in amending the Constitution just for their cronies.

People's Alliance for Democracy, therefore, has to raise the intensity of the rally and the level of civil disobedience by blocking Suwanapoom Airport, to insist on the ultimatum for the Prime Minister to resign immediately and unconditionally.

People's Alliance for Democracy would like to appologize to all brothers and sisters who may be affected from these operations. It is an ultimate necessity to best effectively halt the authority of the tyrant murderous proxy government.

People's Alliance for Democracy would like to call for Brothers and Sisters from every sector, every profession to join PAD to insist the government to resign, to get rid of the danger in Thai society and to bring Thailand back to the wealth of ethics as quickly as possible.

With respect,

People's Alliance for Democracy
November 25, 2008
