Ultimate objectives of PAD

       a. PAD wants to get rid of corruptions. Thaksin, the billionaire civilian dictator, has left Thailand with extensive high level of corruptions and proxy politicians. Having cheated the country while in power, Thaksin hid his corrupt billion of dollars worth of assets overseas. When ousted, Thaksin is subjected to numerous convictions but cowardly fled jail overseas and pull strings on politicians to sabotage his homeland.

       b. PAD protects the Monarchy. Thaksin wants to launder himself through amending the laws with his proxy politicians, while trying to abolish the Monoarchy and make himself a President, that is to cause turmoils and change Thailand from being a "Kingdom" to a "Republic" in stead.

       c. As a permanent cure for Thailand, PAD wants to get real democracy for Thailand. At present it is a fake democracy with bad on-sale politicians.

       d. To achieve all above a, b, c we have to get rid of Thaksin and his proxy politicians and punish them according to the laws.

    Announcement Number 5/2012 June 2, 2012

    ( Last edit 2012-06-02 )

Following PAD's Announcement No.4/2012, titled "Opposing Laundering Law For Thaksin Regime", dated June 1, 2012 which made an appointment to step up the rally for brother citizens to camp out at Makawanrangsan bridge from June 5, 2012 at 15:00 onward and to be prepared to move to anywhere according to the situation as appropriate, appararently now, the House Speaker has pronounced a cancellation of the joint assembly on June 5, 2012 and a cancellation of the assembly of the House of Representatives on June 6-7, 2012 through notification messages sent to all MPs.

Core leaders of PAD see that the cancellation of the joint assembly, and a cancellation of the assembly of the House of Representatives on June 6-7, 2012 results from three following causes.

First, it is the result of the success in the pressuring demonstration of power by brother citizens who joined PAD between May 30 - June 1, 2012.

Second, it is the result of pressure from PAD's announcement No. 4/2012 scheduling a camp out rally at Makawanrangsan bridge from June 5, 2012 onward.

Third, it is the result of Constitution Court judge's acceptance of the plaint in the case of abusing article 291 to abolish the 2007's Constitution which passed national referendum. This indicates that if all organizations carry out their duties rapidly and efficiently, crises in the country would be stopped.

Since there is no definite schedule for the next House of Representatives assembly to deliberate the drafts of the Reconciliation Act, the situation is to be carefully monitored for when they are going to resume the laundering law for the saboteur criminals. Therefore, PAD agrees to lay down the direction of the next move as follows.

    1. The rally on June 5, 2012 is to be postponed for the present time.

    2. Brothers and sisters of PAD and patriotic Thais are to be watchfully alert and locally active. Please be ready for immediate mass movements as soon as PAD's core leaders issue the announcement.

    With respect,
