Ultimate objectives of PAD

       a. PAD wants to get rid of corruptions. Thaksin, the billionaire civilian dictator, has left Thailand with extensive high level of corruptions and proxy politicians. Having cheated the country while in power, Thaksin hid his corrupt billion of dollars worth of assets overseas. When ousted, Thaksin is subjected to numerous convictions but cowardly fled jail overseas and pull strings on politicians to sabotage his homeland.

       b. PAD protects the Monarchy. Thaksin wants to launder himself through amending the laws with his proxy politicians, while trying to abolish the Monoarchy and make himself a President, that is to cause turmoils and change Thailand from being a "Kingdom" to a "Republic" in stead.

       c. As a permanent cure for Thailand, PAD wants to get real democracy for Thailand. At present it is a fake democracy with bad on-sale politicians.

       d. To achieve all above a, b, c we have to get rid of Thaksin and his proxy politicians and punish them according to the laws.

Samak Sundravej, the Nomimee of Choice of Thaksin

    ( Last edit 2008-09-12 )

Ethics is out of question when mention Samak Sundaravej, the gift proxy Prime Minister from Thaksin Shinawatra. Talking about Samak's lies and offensive phrases, is really a kind of Thais' cruel jokes upon old Samak who is blind and never regrets of his guilts.

In an interview, PM Samak Sundaravej told a foreign reporter that there was only one unfortunate person killed on October 6, 1976 and that it was an accidental fire from a police pistol. Officially, 46 people died in the crackdown, which saw protestors shot, beaten and bodies mutilated, though the actual death toll was probably much higher.

Against the reporter's daring and challenging question, Samak hit back with a question asking how old the reporter was and that the reporter was neither witnessing the situation nor preparing well before coming to interview him.

    Thammasat Massacre

Samak Sundaravej when questioned about his alleged role in the Thammasat massacre of 1976 by Al Jazeera on 9 February 2008, stated, "Only one died," by accident. In an interview with CNN aired 9 and 10 February, the prime minister responded to questions about the massacre by saying that he had been "an outsider by that time", and again asserted, "One unlucky guy being beaten and burned in Sanam Luang". A reward to Samak with a position of Minister of Interior in the military supported junta government authorizing him to censor all the presses and media right after the massacre well disproves his denials.

To cover up his lies, Samak never likes challenging questions from reporters. He arranged only one-sided talking in all of his weekly televised talk and his team's daily prime-time televised smear campaign. Moreover, Samak has lots of personal tricks to scare reporters off to avoid answering questions. He used to take minutes to stand still and stare at reporters with psychotic-looking-gaze. Once, he hid in a public toilet for half an hour just to come out to shout at following reporters to avoid talking about his corruption allegations.

Samak in the toilet, Angry PM and the toilet stakeout

In a television interview on May 6, 2008, PM Samak Sundaravej said that to much of his surprise, he had been asked by a foreign embassador about some on-sale Thai banks. Samak had been completely unaware of that. He, therefore, investigated and found two banks had been heavily subsidized. He had to speak out that the two banks were just about to fall apart. The subsidy of the two banks before selling out was so unusual and he would be subjected for blames about this. Later, PM Samak Sundaravej was criticized about the bold interview which could crumble the economy. On May 6, 2008, Shadow Financial Minister, Korn Jatikawanich MP formally asked PM Samak in the parliament about the unprecedented information about the failing banks which could adversely affect the market. PM Samak categorically deny saying that. Korn Jatikawanich MP then presented to the parliament the video evidence to disprove Samak's lie. PM Samak had to admit the words but remained insisting that he did not mean the banks were failing but just had to challenge the subsidizing organizations to make sure that there would be no foul play.

PM Samak, Police, and National Broadcasting of Thailand's television claim that the police had the obligations to follow the civil court order to free the beseiged government office. However, the civil court order actually applies to the defendant leaders of PAD and the inside of the government office. It cannot be applied to other protestors inside and the properties of PAD outside the government office which police had used brutal force to, either cause injuries or demolition. Photos and video clips disprove PM Samak, Police and NBT's lies about the raid on August 29, 2008. Despite of these evidences, PM Samak Police and NBT refused that they could be a make-up. They shamelessly claimed the guns seen in the photos were not of standard for anti-mob troops.

In the evening of August 29, at the front of the Head Office of Metropolitan Police Office, about 5000 of PAD moved peacefully to protest the police for the brutal raid on PAD around the government office. After shouting in front of the police buildings, there were shots of tear gas bombs to PAD. Later, PM Samak, police's speaker and NBT the national television denied the firing, saying that it was PAD themselves who made up the incident. VDO clip showed shots were fired from police buildings toward PAD. VDO clip to to disproof Samak Sundaravej, Police and NBT's lies, denying the firing of tear gas at PAD.

Samak always insisted to hold his PM position to protect democracy and he would not quit nor dissolve the House. In fact, even before the election in December 2007, he had already admitted and was later ruled by Election Control Committee (ECC) that he was a proxy of Thaksin Shinawatra who has been subjected to a sentence to refrain from politics (because of the past electoral frauds when TRT was in power).

Moreover, Samak had realized all along that his PPP, got the majority in the House of Representatives by electoral frauds and vote-buing. On top of that, Election Control Committee and the Supreme Court have ruled that a director of PPP had committed vote-buying, which would soon result in PPP's dissolution.

    (EC seeks PPP's dissolution)

No matter how guilty, Samak and PPP are, they would not retreat. Samak wants to return as PM to protect democracy. PPP and coalition parties to vote Samak back

Samak attacked PAD which has seiged the government office as an outlaw gang and filed a criminal charge accusing the PAD core activists being rebels. On the contrary, actually it is PPP under Thaksin's proxy (or TRT under Thaksin) who committed crimes against the constitutions and the country, twisting, abusing or trying to amend the constitutions only for Thaksin's benefits. During the 7 months of Samak's term, no materialized beneficial legislation or polilcy for the country has really been achieved by PPP and the coalition parties. Otherwise, the silent majority of the whole country would oppose the uprising of PAD and show strong support of Samak's government.

In fact, Samak's cabinet was doing nothing but unlawful missions, so many that several of the members had to leave while Samak still accused the charter to be a scapegoat. Samak was left with more and more of court cases. Samak's personal greeds eventually blinded him to continue hosting a TV cooking programs into his PM term despite the charter prohibiting conflicts of interests in the prime minister's responsibility and to duely and ethically dedicate to the highest administrative duty.

Samak blames 'biased charter' for problems besieging his government

    Samak Facing Courts Cases

Samak said PAD was just a handful group of people. At several various peaks during the continuous four months long protest, as many as hundreds of thousands join the rallies days and nights. It is not only the call from PAD core activists but it is also the people's hatred toward the shameless lies of Samak and his team, the oppression of facts through the public media, Samak's arrogant threats of brutality which unify the uprising of the people. Now, it is because of this "HANDFUL" PAD which ended Samak's regime and will fight on to forever end Thaksin's regime.

Samak's and PPP's conspiracy with UDD (No Po Ko the red gangster) to stage a plot for a deceptive declaration of State of Emergency Decree, is a big lie to put PAD against the army who is supposed to handle all the situations during the state of emergency. However, the army chooses to sit tight, leaving PAD going on with its demonstration in the government office and leaving stray Samak's cabinet looked evenmore helpless.

After Samak was knocked out from PM post by the constitutional court, Somchai, the acting Prime Minister, lifted the state of emergency which lasted for 12 days, confirming Samak's wicked hoax was unnecessary.

Ousted Samak, was backed by Newin to return to PM seat, but was betrayed by his own puppeteer, Thaksin, who from overseas ordered MPs of People's Power Party (PPP) to stay out of the House meeting on the day supposed to be the day of re-election of Samak.
