Ultimate objectives of PAD

       a. PAD wants to get rid of corruptions. Thaksin, the billionaire civilian dictator, has left Thailand with extensive high level of corruptions and proxy politicians. Having cheated the country while in power, Thaksin hid his corrupt billion of dollars worth of assets overseas. When ousted, Thaksin is subjected to numerous convictions but cowardly fled jail overseas and pull strings on politicians to sabotage his homeland.

       b. PAD protects the Monarchy. Thaksin wants to launder himself through amending the laws with his proxy politicians, while trying to abolish the Monoarchy and make himself a President, that is to cause turmoils and change Thailand from being a "Kingdom" to a "Republic" in stead.

       c. As a permanent cure for Thailand, PAD wants to get real democracy for Thailand. At present it is a fake democracy with bad on-sale politicians.

       d. To achieve all above a, b, c we have to get rid of Thaksin and his proxy politicians and punish them according to the laws.

    Suchon, The Condemned Cronyistic Petitioner

    ( Last edit 2009-05-21 )

Throughout the beginning of 2009, Thaksin stepped up the campaign of hatred by phoning in to instigated his red-shirts army rallies to increase the divisiveness of the nation. Privy councillors were the object of Thaksin's attack on the red-shirts' stages.

On April 3, 2009, Gen.Pijit Kullawanich, a Privy Councilor and a heroic life-long professional soldier gave a press interview about Thaksin's lese majeste acts and Thaksin's hidden treasure on off-shore islands.

On April 6, 2009, Mr.Wichit Plangsrisakul, Thaksin's lawyer reported a criminal offense to the police at the Palace police station (Prarachawang), accusing Gen.Pijit for defamation of Thaksin. With him he brought the records of the lady's press interview to the police as a proof that Thaksin is loyal to the Monarchy.

On April 13, 2009 at 12:30 while the government was dispersing the rioting red-shirts mobs with soft approaches, Mr.Suchon Chaleekrua, a former senate house speaker and a former senator from Chaiyapoom province, and Mr.Kamnuan Chalopatham, one of Thaksin's lawyers and a former senator from Singburi province, together with Slang Bunnak, a retired police general (who was evidently involved in October 1973 massacre of students) and, the lady Wiriya Chawakul, petitioned through the Royal Secretariat requesting Royal intervention into the political crisis. Mr.Injan Burapan, the deputy royal secretariat accepted the petition.

Comment: All petitioners are definite Thaksin's cronies one way or another.

The message in the petition is "The reasons for petition is that there has been an obvious division into two groups among the people, because people feel the unjustice in judicature and the country administration so much that the majority of the people in the country are utmost upset and have to go out to rally to call for resuming of justice and righteousness to Thai society under the Constitutional Monarchy and to call for elimination of double standards in the judiciary system and the country administration."

"From the rally of hundreds of thousands of people to the government declaration of the state of emergency which brought the soldiers to clash and disperse the constitutionally unarmed and peacefully gathering crowd and resulted in a lot of casualties. The trend is a continuing use of violence against the people. If the situation is continued like this, it would harm innocent people's lives and affect the principle establisments of the country and ruin the image of the country."

"We, the citizens, would like to express the loyalty to your Majesty who has been the utmost kind to all Thais throughout. We would like to forever express the loyalty and the admiration to the Monarchy with our lives. As for the matters, we would solemnly request the Royal secretariat to bring the matters to solemnly inform for your Majesty's attention. Please be kind enough to consider."

Comment: The pettition's content above is of fabricated lies and is in red font. The red-shirts rioted violently as witnessed by the world.

Suchon said after submitting the petition that he also told the deputy Royal secretariat that it was because he wanted the country peaceful and returning democracy. He did not want any bloodshed. The way should be both the MPs and and the senators should do for the country, not for the parties or any particular groups. As for PM Abhisit Vejjajiva, to resign or dissolving the house, he would not like to interfere. But in May 1992, they bothered the King to intervene. Therefore, he did not want that to happen again. As a result, he saw everybody should carefully consider why fighting and why not talking.

Comment: Suchon, as well as Thaksin, right after the violent riots started (instigated by Thaksin and red core leaders), came out to express their bright side of peace and democratic lover faces, claiming government's brutal and fatal application of force to disperse the crowd. They cunningly called for a peace talk but a deceitful end to PM Abhisit's administration. At their worst, they drag the Monarchy to intervene for a compromise for an overall amendment of the constitution and overall amnesty which would benefit Thaksin and the cronies.

    Thaksin's Red Alliances in Action

A group of Thaksin's favouring (elected) senators, led by a northeast Mahasarakam senator, Prawat Thongsomboon, who had supported People's Power party's attempt to amend the 2007's constitution in 2008 (to launder Thaksin), gathered and urged PM Abhisit Vejjajiva to immediately resign or to call house's dissolution for the country's sake.

A group of Thaksin's favouring scholars who are red in ideologies and calling themselves, the "Midnight University", called for
1.The government to stop using force and excessive violence which would result in unnecessary fatalities. The government to immediately lift the state of emergency to return to the usual authority.
2.The media to be impartial and thorough coverage.
3.Since the government cannot administer the country normally, the government must dissolve the house to calm the upfront political conflicts in order to prevent spreading of violence. However, the house dissolution is only a part of immediate measures. In the long run, there would be other further issues for the society to consider and discuss.

    The Relationship

On May 13, 2007, in a televised charity program, organized by the foundation which the lady Wiriya Chawakul presides, to help soldiers and polices in the south, the sentenced-to-jail Thaksin Shinawatra was still in self-imposed exile abroad. On that day, Thaksin telephoned into the program to donate money in his and Potjaman's name for 10 million bahts.

In 2004, the lady Wiriya was appointed to be a senate house's political bureaucrat in the position of a consultant to Mr.Suchon Chaleekrua, the Senate House speaker then. Mr.Suchon Chaleekrua is a relative to Potjaman Shinawatra.

The appointment was announced in the government gazette number 121, section 5d, page 24, on June 22, 2004, title Senate Announcement about appointing senate house's political bureaucrat [The lady Wiriya Chawakul]. An excerpt from the document is as follows.

"Therefore, the lady Wiriya Chawakul is appointed to be a senate house's political bureaucrat in the position of a consultant to the Senate House speaker from May 1, 2004 onward. Announced on May 10, 2004 and signed by Mr.Suchon Chaleekrua, the Senate House speaker."

Who is Suchon, the Disabler of Check & Balance?

Mr.Suchon Chaleekrua is a relative of Potjaman Damapong (ex-Shinawatra after divorced from Thaksin). He was an elected Senator from Chaiyapoom during 2000-2006. Back in Chaiyapoom, the second brother out of nine brothers/sisters of Suchon is married to one of the Damapongs, which is the original family of Potjaman. (Potjaman's father was Police Lieutenant General Samua Damapong)

The fifth sister of Suchon, Parichart Chaleekrua, was a candidate of Thai Rak Thai party in 2001 but failed in 2005 general election when she turned to the Thai Rak Thai party list instead. She was also appointed to be a political bureaucrat in the Bureau of the Prime Minister's Secretariat in Thaksin's administration.

The seventh brother of Suchon Chaleekrua, was then the engineering manager of the northeast department of the Advance Info Service public company limited which is under Shin Corporation of Shinawatras.

Suchon was elected to be the Senate House speaker on February 20, 2004 by the support of Thai Rak Thai party favouring senators.

During 2005 -2006 when Suchon was the Senate House speaker, he unduly but explicitly steered the senate to help Thaksin's administration out of troubles and avoided proper check and balance mechanisms. He was subjected to serious criticisms and popular petition for impeachment because of the violations of the laws.
