Abhisit, Another Crook
Liars and Traitors Democrat
( Last edit 2011-02-12 )
On February 10, 2011, at 8 am, a major producer of Thai beverage, Chang Beer, brought Scorpions to the government house to visit PM Abhisit to present a guitar gift to promote their last show. This guitar is a shame on hypocrite Abhisit's State of Emergency announced on Feb 8, 2011.
On the very same day, February 8, 2011, PM Abhisit's cabinet passed a resolution to announce the state of emergency for 7 districts of inner Bangkok. PM Abhisit claims that there are several protests in the city which pose threat to the national security. On the following day the government and the police say they will disperse PAD's rally around the government house with stepwise measures from gentle to harsh. On February 11, 2011 while PAD was marching for half a kilometer to the Rama V monument at the Royal Plaza to pay a respect and pledge an oath to defend the nation, PM Abhisit announced a reclaim of 2 lanes of the roads around the government house with probable use of force. Here is explanation of WHY the situation is building up.
The only PM who can put anything on his head for businesses.
Initially, since the first week of January 2011, a Buddhist sect, Santi-Asoke led by Bhodirak monk, has hold a rally along Pitsanulok road to call for the government to solve the border problems with Cambodia. The rally also presses on the government to bring back 7 Thais jailed in Cambodian court, after being subjected to falsified accusation by both Thai and Cambodian governments of trespassing into Cambodia. PAD has been protesting since January 25, 2011. There was then already a lengthy state of emergency applied, but lifted after 1-2 days after PAD's rally started because the government, at first underestimated PAD supporters, believing that majority of PAD supporters were democrat/Abhisit's supporters and that the rest of the media were under government's influence.
No more confidence in PM Abhisit. On Feb 11, 2011 ten thousands of people came to pledge an oath in front of King Rama V monument, to defend the motherland, as opposed to PM Abhisit.

However, as PAD's rally progresses, corruption scandals and the mismanagement of the 7 Thais as well as the chronic border problems have been systematically and effectively exposed not only to PAD supporters but also to the public which becomes bitter with how soft PM Abhisit is to arrogant Hunsen. Along the camp-out 24-hour protest, there are thousands of people from all over the country, putting up banners, questioning PM Abhisit's lies, condemning the acts of corruption and traitors. Together with the rally, charges are made to relevant courts to indict PM Abhisit and his cabinet for serious wrongdoings. But the legal proceedings would take months or years. Several former senior judges in the supreme and constitutional courts, e.g. Nam Yim-yam, Yindee Torsuwan, and Pramote Nakornthap and senior former judges Paisal Puechmongkol, as well as scholars in laws such as Prof.Srisak Walipodom, Prof.Adul Wichienjaroen, and Prof.Amorn Jantarasomboon have come out to express fair opinions of several fatal unlawful points by PM Abhisit, including sovereignty mismanagement leading to death penalty or life imprisonment.

While PAD raises serious doubts against PM Abhisit with facts and evidences, PM Abhisit cannot directly answer them. He can only play smear campaign and rhetoric against PAD. With huge budget, the government has been paying all other media except PAD's ASTV/Manager group, for corrupt and useless advertisements worth of 1,300 million baht.( http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=93322&id=1527369084 ) To the people, PM Abhisit's government has been a group of daily hypocrites. PAD's fact exposing rally has become a formidable threat to PM Abhisit particularly after people uprising successes to overturn corrupt government in Tunisia and Egypt.

With scheduled MP assembly at the house of parliament, a kilometer away from the Government House, to vote on February 11, 2011 for constitution amendments of article 190 and articles 93 to 98, PM Abhisit and his coalition are anxious about this sweet stake. PM Abhisit put this agenda as the highest priority whereas Thai border villagers over 20,000 become refugees in their own country during the Cambodia bombardment to civilian targets on February 4, 2011. Amending article 190 would free the government to secretly negotiate and finalize deals with foreign governments. Amending of articles 93 to 98 changes the sources of MPs' ratio to put democrat into advantageous position over pro-Thaksin Pua Thai party.

Already the barb wire and the police rows have taken a lane in the street.
A year before, under a pressure form pro-thaksin red shirts to amend the constitution to launder Thaksin, PM Abhisit announced that if there would be any amendment of the constitution, he would ask a national referendum first. However, when time comes and red-shirts become weakened (already he had a year to arrange the referendum), he twists that these two amendments are minor ones which do not need a time-wasting national referendum. Original article 190 enabled public access to any info about international ongoing negotiation, as well as parliamentary check and balance measures. Abhisit's amendment of article 190 will cover up all international deals from public awareness as well as bypass House of Parliament's deliberation. It will make Thailand unimmuned from international corrupt capitalism and corrupt politicians in power. ( 2012 Follow up: Some weeks later he managed the house to amend those laws.)
PM Abhisit puts up barb wire to keep out Thai people but never forces back Cambodian's invasion into Thai soil.
Abhisit's term is ending any time in 2011. But before that, he always chants about a potential parliamentary dissolution for an earlier election. His chants may be a magic to damp any threatening curses against his government. However, during his past two-years term, he has done nothing to reform the country from corruption, corrupt and ignorant media and vote-buying, all of which have been seriously undermining the country. Instead, and particularly worse when the curtain is nearly drawn, democrat would do anything possible to enable the most advantageous return to more wealth, no matter how dirty the means are. ( 2012 Follow up: Despite of electoral frauds, Abhisit-Newin coalition shamefully lost 300 out of 500 PM seats to red Pua Thai party and its new coalition.)

On February 10, 2011, at 8 am, Thai Bev, a major producer of Thai beverage, Chang Beer, brought Scorpions to the government house to visit PM Abhisit to present a guitar gift to promote "Chang Presents SCORPIONS FAREWELL–TOUR 2011" (Previously in early December 2010, as a presenter for his government well-paid supporter NGO, he was enjoying putting on a hat made from colourful condoms on the "International Aids Day". Again, in January, 2011, PM Abhisit and deputy PM Suthep were putting on helmets in a government-supported public health safety campaign. The two-year term prove PM Abhisit is just a brainless moron ready to put on anything even pretending to be a clown to represent corrupt capitalism and never for the national interests.)
on February 11, 2011, the House of Parliament successfully and without PAD protesting in front, passed the amendments as PM Abhisit wishes but to no lay people's interests.
The worst of Abhisit is yet to come.
Such above regular going-on events readily disprove PM Abhisit's government unashamely ridiculous claims of the state of emergency by accusing PAD' threats of violence and serious risks to the national security.

People come from all over the country to protest peacefully against corrupt Abhisit government since January 25, 2011 when there was already a state of emergency applied. On Feb 11, 2011 government ordered thousands of anti-riot polices to surround peaceful PAD rally, in front of UN's building.
Human Rights Committee on February 10, 2011, sent Mr.Nitithorn Lamlua, a member of the committee from the lawyer council, to request UN high commission office at the opposite corner of the Government house, beside the Makawan bridge, to investigate and closely follow on PM Abhisit's abuse of power by unnecessary enforcement of the state of emergency to pose serious threats against peaceful and unarmed protesters who lawfully exercise their rights according to the consititution and human rights.

Stubborn Abhisit's MOU 2000 allows Cambodia to march in heavy tanks and artilleries into Thai soil. Over 20,000 Thais have to take refuge in their country, for the first time in Thai history, under PM Abhisit and Cambodian firing at will, at selective civilian targets

Twice before, PM Abhisit let heavily armed pro-Thaksin red-shirts terrorists occupied Bangkok city for weeks, in Apr 2009 and Apr-May 2010. Nearly a hundred were killed because of PM Abhisit's ignorance for the heavily armed red-shirts terrorists. What else would you expect from this kind of politician. http://www.antithaksin.com/BlankForm.php?Aid=0903013
